The minimum total order amount is 500€. The minimum purchase amount and the minimum cut are set for each fabric separately, the length of the cut depends on the cost and type of fabric (cheap fabrics - 10-15 meters, middle price fabrics - 6 meters, expensive fabrics - 3-5 meters)
According to the standards, the deviation in length can be up to 3% of the cut's length. Deviations which are more than two meters are discussed individually. The cut may consist of 2 or more parts.
According to the norms there might be 1 defect per 10 m of fabric.
The defect is considered to be gross defects on the front side of the fabric, at a distance of more than 5 cm from the edges of fabric, for example, non-painting, non-printing, puffs, cuts, spots, gaps, etc.
Compensation and return for each case is discussed individually, and we are always on the client's side :)
